• 1. What is the MOQ?
  We accept lower quantities for your trial order. Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need.
• 2. Can we get the free sample?
  ▪ If we have stock then the sample is free for you, you just afford the express fee. ▪ If customized product, the product is free, you need to pay the plate-making fee and the express fee. But once the final order is confirmed, the plate-making fee can be refunded according to the situation.
• 3. How long is the sample lead time?
  For stock samples, we can send them out within three working days. If customized, it takes about 7 days, according to your design.
• 4. How long is the production lead time?
  It takes about 30 days for MOQ. Since we have complete equipment and sufficient production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantities.
• 5. What is your payment term?
  TT, DA, DP, LC, OA; flexible for different clients.
