YiwugoMU takes product quality seriously. That’s why you should choose us as your import partner in China.

If we find defective products during the product inspection in our warehouse, we will help you replace them for free.
If you find product defects 15 days after you receive the goods and provide evidence of them, we will send a replacement or compensate you.

How We Inspect Your Products

General Inspection

Whether you choose our Pro or Basic plan, your goods will be sent to our warehouse for a free general inspection service. We check your products based on Level II, AQL 2.5 standards, similar to other inspection companies.

If you require a specific inspection solution or a lower defect rate, please contact our agent to inquire about any additional fees.

Full Inspection

If you want to reduce the defect rate to 0%, we highly recommend using our full inspection service. We will identify and remove all defective products. Simply inform our agent of your specific needs to receive a quote for the full inspection.
